1. Overview
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the products, services, and websites provided by lasting Impressions. By placing an order, accessing our website, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our company specializes in designing, producing, and delivering custom apparel for high school and college teams, clubs, and organizations.

2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old, or you have permission from a parent/guardian or authorized school representative.

You are authorized to act on behalf of the school, team, or organization for which you are placing an order.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

3. Custom Orders & Design Approval
All custom apparel orders require final design approval from the customer before production begins.

Once a design is approved, no changes can be made.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all logos, mascots, names, and artwork submitted comply with copyright, trademark, and school licensing requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse any design that is offensive, discriminatory, or violates intellectual property laws.

4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required before production begins unless a written agreement states otherwise.

We accept major payment methods including credit/debit cards and approved school purchase orders.

Taxes, shipping fees, and rush charges may apply.

5. Production & Delivery
Production timelines vary based on order size, season, and customization level. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors are not the responsibility of the Company.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Because all products are custom-made:

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, design errors approved by the customer, or buyer’s remorse.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, we will replace or refund the affected item at no additional cost.

7. Intellectual Property
All original designs created by the Company remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customer-provided artwork remains the property of the customer, and the customer grants us a non-exclusive license to use it for production and promotional purposes (unless the customer opts out in writing).

8. School Licensing & Compliance
Some schools, colleges, and universities require licensing approval for apparel featuring their names, logos, or mascots.

The customer is responsible for securing any required licensing permissions.

We are not liable for orders delayed or canceled due to licensing issues.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to your order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

10. Privacy
We collect and use customer information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to this collection and use.

11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
